Payroll services
Payrolling is a service for clients who have ‘direct’ contractors that they wish to engage and would like to be managed and paid via an agency supplier. Alternatively it may be for contractors that for one reason or another need to be transferred to a new supplier.
So, for example, a customer who wishes to engage a contractor contacts Sand Resources and provides us with their contact details. We make contact and arrange contract facilities for the contractor and accept an order from the client. We then take responsibility for day to day management of the contract to the same standard as with all our contractors.
We have provided this service to great effect with some of our customers under Catalist, most notably perhaps with The Home Office. This has provided them with a practical route to engage known or direct contractors, often people with specific or highly desirable skills and has proved a very useful additional service welcomed by those customers.
To deliver this service Sand Resources simply charge a significantly reduced margin on contractor rate.
