Linton has been with the business for over eight years now primarily within a strategic, management and leadership capacity, aiding the growth of the business to the size that it is today. More recently, he has been actively involved in the inception and mentoring of some of the other specialist brands within the InterQuest Group plc. Prior to this, Linton has a wealth of business development management experience within the industry of start-up's and established businesses specialising within the Financial, Insurance and Professional Services markets.
Bids and Proposals Manager
Philip has worked in recruitment for over 25 years, of which the last 10 has been extensively for the public sector and financial services clients. He has worked with Buying Solutions since 2003 and he has set up many framework agreements and psl arrangements; ensuring successful service delivery to these contracts. Philip provides proposal and bid support to Sand Resources and has successfully created solutions for Contract, Interim Management, Payroll, Managed Campaigns, Project-based or Fixed-Price Work.
Quality & Operational Support Manager
Jo has been with Sand Resources from its inception in 1999 and after 6 years as a top performing consultant, became our Business Development Manager. In 2010 she took on additional responsibility as our Quality Manager and immediately set about rewriting our Quality Management System to ensure Sand’s processes continue to adhere to our ISO 9001:2008 quality certifications. Jo now brings her considerable experience and expertise to the wider role of managing our operational processes so that Sand Resources continues to deliver consistent and first class service to clients.
Account Delivery Director
Anthony Butler is our Director of Corporate Accounts, managing our team of delivery consultants. He oversees the delivery of Sand’s corporate accounts and has responsibility for ensuring that service levels are achieved. He previously spent six and a half years working as a specialist recruiter and account delivery manager within both the Central and local Government sectors. “Clients are often initially cynical about using a new recruitment agency, so it can sometimes take a while to gain their trust. I’d say our success is based on providing consultative advice, as well as concentrating on delivering an exceptional full service rather than just a quick win.” Anthony has a degree in Biology - Physiology and Pharmacology. He enjoys scuba diving and is PADI openwater qualified.
Joseph joined Sand Resources in 2002 after graduating at Cardiff University in Business and Finance. He manages our team of new business consultants, focussing on Government & Local Authorities, Bluelight emergency services and Third Sector organisations. Joseph thrives on business relationships and will go the extra mile to deliver services above expectation. Apart from work, Joseph is a keen sportsman and his claim to fame is acting with Morgan Freeman.
Health Sector Manager
Adam works for Sand Resources as Senior Account Manager and is Team Leader for our specialist Health sector team. Over the past 14 years Adam has worked within sales, organically progressing through organisations, increasing and developing the skills he first obtained and bringing real value to the employer. He is passionate about strong customer service and prides himself on “under promising and over achieving”. This style has enabled him to gain real credibility and trust from the organisations he has worked with giving him a high level of repeat business and referrals which is extremely important for our customers. Adam has been an integral part of our bid team that was awarded a number of health related and government procurement services (formerly Buying Solutions) psl and framework agreements.
